also the winch just doesnt work, like im pressing the up and down buttons and nothings moving

why make 2 separate buttons for both rudders? why not just make A and D control both rudders

Nice design. It seems the up and down commands on the sub's winch are inverted. Also can't find the second connector to lift the sub with the overhead crane. Thanks
