School Uniforms

Description
Contains one policy: School Uniforms, allowing different levels of dress code. Despised by Youths, supported by Conservatives, and preventing Antisocial Behaviour, Racial Tension and Street Gangs, as well as slightly enhancing Education.

To offset this new tool, Community Policing is now less effective against Antisocial Behaviour.

@Artichoke We legislate private industries, I don't see why a government couldn't force all schools to have uniform policies, even possibly the same uniform.

I think that instead of slightly enhancing Education, it ought to slightly enhance Equality.

Poor earnings should be increased or decreased, depending on if the uniforms are provided or not.

The similar policy "School Dress Code" is now included with "Democratic Decay".

Actually the dress code doesn't prevent antisocial behavior. People won't stop hating around when you're dressed like this. If they want to, they find a reason to bully you. And especially street gangs could be supportet by it, because this way you see, which people are coming from other schools.
