ACOT + ESC:NEXT Compatch

Description
Makes the Psionic weaponry added by ACOT have the Psionic weapon tag so that it may be affected by the Psionic bonuses you can acquire in ESC:Next.

If it isn't working then it then it isn't going to be fixed for another year. When I go another bout of playing the game.

Though I significantly doubt anything was updated in any way, in either mod, to break the compatibility patch due to what this specifically overwrites.

BUT if it was somehow affected, outside of the mod launcher saying a version issue, which honestly should be ignored anyways for all mods on the Stellaris Workshop, anyone is more than welcome to copy or take over the mod and update it as needed.
