Hello mod enjoyers and purveyors, here's what I've got for you. Shugengans can spend a skill point to get a bound spell from a different lore of magic, which is fine, but I wanted to spice that up a bit. So I changed those nodes to randomly grant 1 of 3 options as follows;

1. The vanilla bound spell

2. The vanilla bound spell and an additional bound spell.

3. A dragon transformation based on what the lore of the original bound spell was.

If that's confusing, sorry, but it should be pretty clear if you hover over one of the skill nodes. All options are equally likely to be chosen.

Cool idea, I always thought on them turning like a half-dragon since they are not pure blood

I don't know, tried a custom battle myself with all the dragons, worked fine for me.

Currently I'm getting a crash from this in skirmish but I'm not sure if it's a mod conflict I had one of each dragon in my army and while it would load into the skirmish map it would immediately crash to desktop I was fighting a modded Vampire counts army when I was testing it just thought I would let people know it may still be fine by it's self.

I'll try and help if it does. I haven't looked at the mod in a bit and only vaguely remembering doing shenanigans to have the spells be on the same tab instead of separated by their usual lore.

oh

oh hang on if I set "requires effect enabling" for these spells they will either vanish from Miao Ying AND middle-tier shugengans, OR they'll vanish just from Miao Ying and nothing in this mod will break. Let's find out!

Hey so this adds a bunch of spells to a lore of yin that you then use to generate these spells on the list, right?

I'm running it alongside a mod that adds spells to legendary lords, and miao ying now has default access to the main lore of yin that you added these spells to (ie she has all of these bound spells plus the lore of yin on one tab, so they don't all show).

I want to set it so she doesn't get any spells from the lore initially, because she has skill nodes to unlock spells from the lore as she goes. This isn't an issue for you to fix, but do you know a way to prevent someone with access to the expanded lore of yin from getting all the spells that I could edit on my end?

Ah, okay. If you're not too busy would it be possible for a "Greater Call of the Dragon" that removes the warhorse and longma from their skill trees? It's a small thing, but it just feels so weird for a mount to just disappear and reappear after turning into huge dragon.
