JSHK Gear Derandomised

J.Shock's JSHK Contamination Gear mod but with facewear randomisation disabled. Now no unit will spawn (or be placed in Editor) with gasmask automatically, mission maker will have to manually edit their loadouts and change their facewear item.

Obviously this isn't a config replacement mod as I would have to reiterate the same thing through every classname and this would be pointless, especially if J.Shock plans to add anything or modify in his original mod. So DON'T use this with JSHK Contamination Gear. Original author can feel free to slap my config entries into his as this is literally the single only thing people have been asking for way too long.
