Description
Adorn your frail and tedious mouth with decorative grills! Mod them if you want! Bite! Bite! Bite!

Adds grills of various material strength and commercial value. Note: vibro grills require a source of internal power (such as that provided by Electrical Generation) for their vibro-PV to kick in.

they're around. tinkers might stock the recipe for vibro grills, and all grills are part of dynamic trade good tables. that means anywhere you run into rolls on trade good tables for the appropriate zone tier, there's a chance a grill might spawn. check underground for adventurer corpses

Agreed, as fun as the concept of this mod is, without a separate body part slot for the mouth, it basically supplants more useful items with flavor items. Even if the flavor items are an interesting idea.

But good luck trying to add such a body part to EVERY creature in the game, definitely would require more than just modding XML. The Qud Rides mod might still have a decent template (I say might since it is wildly out of date).

Edit: Actually, prolly not EVERY creature, since Oozes don't really have mouths... but basically every creature!

@tehas i don't play with either of those mods. if their starting bite weapon doesn't permanently occupy their face slot (that is, if it can be covered by other face equipment) then you should be able to equip a grill as a snapjaw. otherwise you'll have to find a two-faced helmet to give you a bonus face slot and equip it there. i wanted to do some kind of effect where if you had a natural bite weapon then a grill enhanced it to make both better than the sum of their parts but that would probably require coding beyond xml and that's out of my wheelhouse

For simple teeth, they take up too much space (a whole slot for masks and glasses that you can put on your teeth without taking up the upper part of your face). This means that these teeth have a large base, in which you can add a cell slot, for example, under the chin in the middle of jaw or even at the back of the head.

@wakko not unless you have specific tinker III mods and even then i'm planning on disallowing them as soon as it's feasible to do so via xml. it's your teeth! where would you put the cell! that's my reasoning.
