Custom part that can be assigned just like any other. For entrances, you can add a title on one attire and use Entrance Craft to have the wrestler use that appearance for entrances.

The Mod Pack makes title entrances so much easier, though. You can assign belt (one part like this or up to 4 individual pieces) to each in-game title (built-in plus ones you create) and have champs automatically walk out wearing a belt without the need to mess with attires and Entrance Craft.
