Spanish Civil War - Extra Infantry Pools

Description
Extra pools of Regulares (2 more for a total of 3) and Militia (3 more for a total of 4) for use when playing Spanish Civil War with the SCW no AI ally mod and limited stock enabled.

Basically, this solves the problem of not enough infantry equipment for the Spanish Civil war in the same way that rgreat's mod "More Stock" does for all of the other campaigns.
