For those unclear on whether they want this mod: In vanilla, whenever there is a peasant uprising, the peasant forces will have a leader. This leader is always dressed in some kind of calico or burlap sack. More still, if you arrest and then recruit the leader, they will remain in the potato sack clothing.

This mod lets the peasant leaders choose normal clothes. Nothing fancy, just regular old, culture-appropriate clothes, as it should have been in vanilla.
