Description
Removes the connection from Silent Witness too Eighteen Billion

You can already just go through windfall to get too Eighteen Billion

Helps slightly with background AI pathfinding, one less route for them to consider in processing.

Compatible with most mods as long as they don't do the same thing, can be added/removed mid-save but might take time for traffic to update the path

mid save removal still leaves the inactive jump gates. Watned to reactivate the gates by removing the mod since Windfall is constantly losing ships to piracy
