Metallic Foam Sprayer heal material loss, -5% canister condition, -40 successful, -20 fail;
Arc welder heal bent metal, -1% fulgurium battery, -2% regular battery, -20 successful, -5 fail;
Hull repair kit heal material loss, -10% steel condition, -20 successful, -5 fail;
Tools have 50 mechanical skill check.
