Rins localization

Created to separate the translations/localization's I do from my main mod. This will contain any ENGLISH translations i do for any mod i play or have issues with (either built in ones don't work, not finished, etc).

My translations are mainly google translate and not perfect and i mainly update them as i see issues during play.
There is a lot of text in some mods and I don't have the time to go through it all since I need the context to correct everything. (as in i may not read the lore of said anime or book)

Currently Works for
Arknights Near Future - Built English support is not complete yet.

Will add more as time and interest allow.
