Darth's Starters

New carefully considered starter ships, integrated cleanly into the new game UI. Each ship should support a niche and increase variety in your game starts!

New Starters:
- Model-M: Start with a mining laser! It is slow, but has lots of storage for expensive rocks.
- Model-D: Start with disruptors! It is very compact and has little armor, but does have a 360 firing arc.
- Model-Y: Start with both Cannons & Lasers! She's ugly, but she's got extra firepower! Designed to look "pieced together."

I will update the mod with new ships as I create valid candidates! Likely alongside major content updates. For instance, when the economy update is dropped, I'll add the Model-H, a merchant vessel.

Known Issue(s):
- Currently no way to access ships for multiplayer games.
