Skul rises in! Though he may start weak, his power can quickly snowball into incredible might.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: ARCHLICH
The Archlich skull fires a Lich Bolt in front of themself.

SIDE SPECIAL: GHOUL/ GHOOOUL/ GHOOOOOUL
The Ghoul dashes forwards, increasing how far it runs for. The final level turns the move to a command grab.

UP SPECIAL: PREDATOR/ DESTROYER
The Predator (no, not that one) swings upwards with a pair of giant swords. The Destroyer upgrades this attack into a ground slam.

DOWN SPECIAL: SAMURAI/ NEO SAMURAI
Press down to prepare a single strike with The Samurai. Press it again to unleash the strike. The Neo Samurai upgrades this to a delayed strike.

ULTRA: GRIM REAPER
The Grim Reaper appears and slashes in a giant arc, slaying all within it's range.

SPECIAL MECHANICS
Skul has a leveling system. By landing enough hits with jab or neutral air, Skul will increase a level to increase damage on attacks, up to Level 4.
