Delay tribulation

Adds a pill to delay tribulation by a hundred years without side effects. The pill has 10 resistance and its not cheap to make, but worth it.

The recipe can be found in the Heavenly Secrets Pavillion/Tianji Pavillon for 100 stones.

Disclaimer 2: The timer for the tribulation is capped at 1000 years, but it will count more internally. If you take a pill with 985 years remaining, the timer will only go up to 1000 years again, but internally the game knows you have 1085 years. You can open your domain if you want and you will see it goes back down to 985, not 900.
