Ammo Refund on Kill [Mutator] [EA26]

This mutator gives the player ammo on kill. It's great to use alongside one shot weapons like snipers and revolvers, or mounted machine guns! Keep those kills rolling




ALL FEATURES:
- Ammo is refunded from killing bots!

Refunds are % calculated from the weapon's magazine capacity and rounds itself, ex:
25% refund:
10 magazine = 3 ammo on refund
5 magazine = 1 ammo on refund
6 magazine = 2 ammo on refund
1 magazine = 1 ammo on refund (all refunds below 1 ex. (0.9, 0.4, 0.000012) are rounded to 1)
