Tabletop Touches for Elves Reskin

Description
This mod reskins various aspects of the Dark/High/Wood Elf armies to adapt more tabletop influences into their looks. It is a direct port of my Tabletop Wood Elf Lord mod but now with other flavors of Elf thrown into the pot.

Huge thanks to calm&normaltime for giving me my first lesson with AssetEditor way back in the day when I set out to change up the Wood Elf lords, and of course h3ro for creating such an awesome and precious tool. Credit to ShepArdov as many of the 4K textures he made for WH2 have been carried over in part to this mod.

DRUCHII CHANGES:

-Executioners now have bone matte finish to their helmets, the RoR is untouched.

-Cold Ones now have various hues of green, reflecting the lore and official paint schemes, the lighter the green the younger the Cold One is, and vice versa. Dread Knights do not have the lightest shade of Cold One available to them and have more dark hued Cold Ones to reflect that those knights have been around longer, as have their mounts.

-Dark Riders now have a greater variety of heads – vanilla ninja look, helmeted look, and 6th edition hooded look.

-Black Ark Corsair helmets have new variants to reflect the more rogueish spectrum of looks they had on the tabletop – one variant with a pointy eyepatch and flowing hair, one variant with a sea dragon atop his helmet, and another with flowing hair with swooping helmet ornament. Corsair pants and under tunics are also changed to dark teal, per the tabletop reference.

ASRAI CHANGES:

-Male Glade Lords have 4 variants, inspired by tabletop designs, including two eagle helmed lords (one directly from the tabletop, another from a 6th edition army book illustration), one closed face helmet lord, and another with a green horsehair crest taken from the Wood Elves 8th Ed. Army Book cover.

-Female Glade Lord has a new hooded antler variant, and the main eagle helmed variant has been revised to have more of a bone finish on certain parts. There is still a vanilla metallic eagle helm variant in the mix as well.

-Wild Riders have paler green skin and paler hair, eye glows restored, and they bear purple gems as in artwork and official tabletop color schemes.

-Glade Guard have a greater variety of tabletop hair color variety (all variants of blond/white).

-Eternal Guard have had the wicker criss crossing on their shields lightened and retextured to be more like their tabletop appearance, along with tabletop style variety hair color variety (shades of blond, some brown).

ASUR CHANGES:

-New Prince variant featuring the winged golden dragon helm they had in the tabletop and in artwork.

-White Lions have a new head variant, with more apparent Lion motif. One of their torso variants has been slightly tweaked to have greater resemblance to a tabletop armor.

-Sisters of Avelorn have some tabletop style hair color variety (different shades of blonde and whitish blonde).

-Shadow Walkers have the pale skin and dark hair of those Asur native to Nagarythe and red gems in their hair typical of High Elves rather than the amber ornamentation they had in vanilla (as they were ported over from Wood Elf assets).

-All Shadow Warrior helmets have been resized in some capacity to make their eye slits narrower and the general shape of the helmet covers more of the face, also their eye slits have been made opaque, all to better convey that they are a unit of faceless, vengeful Elf ninjas.

-New Swordmaster of Hoeth variant featuring a scale mail aventail around the mouth.

-Lothern Sea Guard/Swordmasters of Hoeth have had their hair showing variants recolored to be a more noticeable hue of blond as they are in the tabletop.

-Phoenix Guard/White Lions now sport golden scale mail as they did in the tabletop, as well as fully golden helmets for the Phoenix Guard (Phoenix Guard RoR still has partly vanilla coloring).

This mod should be compatible with any mod that doesn't touch what this one does. It is for example, compatible with the wonderful Tabletop Dark Elf reskin by Floogo https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2962045007&searchtext=tabletop+dark+elf+reskin

Just load it on top of his mod if you want my version of Corsairs to take precedence. If you want to use any of the 6th Edition Executioners mods instead of skull masks, be sure to load that mod on top of this one.

FUTURE PLANS:
-Give White Lion RoR/Sisters of Avelorn RoR the same touches their base units have from this mod.

I didn't touch the Dark Elf leaders as there are so many mods out there that already make wonderful Dreadlord/Sorceress variants and what is present in-game is already fairly close to tabletop faithfulness.

Set unit detail to Ultra to see all new variants.

For me, this is one of the best mods for the game. I've been using it for a long time, and I suddenly felt ashamed that I hadn't yet said “Thank you” to the creator of this mod. Thank you!

Sorry to hear that, works fine for me. I suggest you look over your mod list and turn off whatever mod is causing this. Or delete this one and re-subscribe.

Hi! I would like to ask your permission to use your White Lions head variant in my reskin for HE to be updated soon. Of course I'll credit you on my mod page as author of this model if you let me use it.

@Candyman
Thank you. It's probably with something else because I play fine with both enabled. Maybe try putting the ranger mod above this one? If it's not already.
