Fathers Day Card

Description
(I made this mod for my dad for fathers day because A. I forgot about fathers day until literally the day of and B. I'm trying to get better at modding Isaac)

Adds a new active item to the game, the fathers day card.

What it does
Fathers Day Card is a 4-charge quality 3 active item found in the treasure, shop and secret room item pools. On use, it heals you 1/2 a red heart for every unique "dad" item you have (including the card).

If you need a full list of every other "dad" item, go to the wiki, there should be a list somewhere there.
