Recruitable Playable Characters

Adds the Spiritmancer, Spirit Witch, Jackal, Shaman, Knight-Errant and Sentinel as recruitable NPCs and to the Legacy shop for 120 pts. They do not possess a Command skill for balance reasons. Have fun!

========NOTE========
I do not have plans to add the collaboration characters or the Berserker and Sultan.
Currently it does not seem possible to assign multiple equippable weapons to an NPC, so the Berserker skill tree with its multi-weapon specialization would not work very well.
