Description
Exactly as it says, just replaces vanilla sound files for cloaking device with that of romulan ship cloaking and decloaking.

This mod exists because I got bored.

If your first question is, "wait what does that image have to do with romulan cloaking devices?" my answer is I hate you.

there was also a clone of one of the first civilization games, but not of that franchise, which used a cloaking sound from star trek for a cloakable unit
