Description
The faster reloaderizer 9000.

Allows you to reload at mach speeds.

Limits the original mod reloading capability to 2 instead of 10, which was deemed too wacky.

Removes mod options functionality for players to mess with on the server.

Numbers are static and well balanced.

You should add sandbox settings so I can tune it for the whole server other then that perfect mod.
