Alright i'll cut the crap you obviously know somethings different, below is a list of what changes there are. If you're interested in finding out yourself i'd recommend you not hover over the spoilers.

-Gravity is slightly heavier
-The Mirror has been removed
-Lower skybox
-The water is slightly more darker/foggier
-There is a small breeze that knocks over props and makes them slide a little
-If the server you are playing on has sv_allow_point_servercommand enabled then friction, acceleration and air acceleration are slightly modified, sv_allow_point_servercommand can only be enabled by sourcemod however for some stupid reason.
-Many areas have been blocked off
-The bright color room is no longer colorable
-Stairs are clipped, for some reason they aren't in base construct.
