Faction Ideo Utility

Description
Allows using XML to set a faction to use a previously saved ideologion.

Simple create the ideoloigion in the in-game editor and save it with the button in the top right corner of the editor. Then add or patch this into the relevant faction's XML in the mod extensions:

<li Class="FactionIdeologyUtility.SetIdeoExt"> <fixedIdeoName>Saved Ideo Name</fixedIdeoName> </li>

Any chance we can get mod config support for setting this up? Would save a lot of time during configuration and reconfiguration.
