In comparison to Scaling Diplomatic Range, if you're using the limited diplomatic range game rule:
Counts have slightly less range (300 compared to 350 )
Dukes have less range (450 vs 525)
Kings have nearly indistinguisable range (600 vs 612.5)
Emperors have more range ( 750 vs 700)
Using the standard diplomatic range game rule (usually not recommended for Scaling Diplomatic Range):
Counts have less than half the range (400 compared to 1000 )
Dukes have less than half the range (600 compared to 1500)
Kings have less than half the range (800 compared to 1750)
Emperors have exactly half the range ( 1000 compared to 2000)
