Flavor Pack: Fantastical Weirdos

Description
HUGE DISCLAIMER: All of the cool new features in this pack require the CCU mod to function, it won't break the game if you don't get it but it will just be a weird mess that doesn't work how you want it to. You can get the mod here:

Tired of gangsters shooting werewolves? Time to spice up your inter-NPC conflicts by watching an orc punch out a robot! Totally different! This pack adds 100 new chunks focused entirely on adding three new factions to the city:

The orcs are mostly industrious and highly skilled people, but they're also orcs so are still subject to quite of bit of descrimination and unfounded bigotry. Such social commentary! They've opened new shops in every district where you can spend your ill-gotten gains on... well, not new items, but new quantities of old items. Ever wanted to buy a flamethrower with 200 ammo? Well go see your friendly neighborhood orc gadgeteer and drop a small house payment on it.

Some of them have also taken up work as powerful hirables, which in addition to having higher stats than your typical crepe or soldier also come with the option to hire them as a permanent ally that will follow from floor to floor (if properly cared for anyway, remember to feed your bards!). All orcs are aligned using CCU's faction 2 and aren't hostile to anyone by default. However, it's worth noting that many of the "villain" factions in my other packs (like the celebrity haters or literal supervillains) also use faction 2 and do have various enemies so the orcs often find themselves getting dragged into conflicts they had nothing to do with purely because... well, they're orcs, and orcs are probably with the bad guys, right?

The rag elementals are our second faction and are mostly concentrated in the slums and industrial districts. Metaphysical remnants of pure pain and suffering, these strange monsters exist just to lash out and avenge the fallen slum dwellers and other unfortunate innocents that have been exploited and abused at the lower rung of this dystopian nightmare. However, being entirely made out of old rags and essentially just held together by mean thoughts makes them veeeeery flimsy, so the mayor probably isn't too worried about this new threat.

You should be though, they know about all the poor casualties of the resistance and aren't too happy about it. Every rag elemental starts with hostility towards the player, making them slumdustrial equivalents of cannibals (and just like cannibals, taking the Cool With Cannibals trait will also pacify these guys). In addition they're considered "common folk" and are also friends of the common folk, so they will rush to defend slum dwellers and be defended by those same civilians in turn. They also only speak Cthonic, but if you get on their good side and figure out how to communicate with them they might be willing to help you in your mission.

Finally we have the cold ones, spirits of pure lifeless cold (how does a lifeless spirit have life? Shut up, that's how) which are housed in robotic shells like cool little ghosty gundams. They're also vampires, draining life from the living not because they need it but purely to destroy it. Their greater purpose in this world is to hasten the heat death of the entire universe, wiping out everything and leave only the coldest void.

Most of them have fallen into a life of casual luxury and robo-hedonism though, spending more time clubbing and chilling in their refridgerated mansions than actually making progress on that long-term plan. You shouldn't underestimate them though, even the weakest of their number have abnormally high stats and their leaders are functionally low-level supers. The cold ones are aligned with each other and with... firefighters. Because they want to put out all heat everywhere, it kinda makes sense if you squint, don't overthink the lore and just remember that retaliating against that weird new robot that just drained your blood could bring the entire local fire department down on your head.
