As you might expect, the threshold at which the mod is able to buy stocks is the exact same threshold at which the player is first able to buy stocks.
As for customizability, the goal of this mod is to automatically make the best purchases and sales, so customizability in that area goes against this goal. The mod will occasionally buy stocks at high prices because the data it was trained on has shown that in many of these situations, it is still possible to make a large profit. As for the minimum selling price, the same data has shown that it doesn't pay to sell anything at a price less than $11, so the mod abides by this rule. Similarly, it will buy any stock that drops below $2.
If you want to see the details of the mod working in action, demonstrating the points I mentioned above, I strongly recommend you turn on the Console Announcements , as detailed in the Options section of the CookiStocker Steam Guide. For the most detailed information, set the Activity Report Frequency to 1000 * 60 , and also turn off the Activity Report so that your main game will not be flooded with announcements. You must, of course, turn on the game's JavaScript Console as well.
