RRRH, stands for "Red Roof Row Houses".

Quasi-European Style . Unique Buildings
These modular unique buildings, inspired by European style, are well-suited for mixing and placement with other European-style buildings. They are also appropriate for historic districts, areas with height restrictions, proximity to school dormitories, government institutions, or neighboring city hall or parliament. They have smaller number of tris, ranging from 46 to 60, even below general LOD tris level. I also use them as 'fillers.' They are more fit for medium-distance and landscape-scale viewing, rather than short-distance observations. Most of the setting-values assigned to these buildings are zero, as they require no employees, generate no waste, and barely require road.

Origin
I'm interested in appropriate height restrictions for historic areas in cities like Washington DC and Paris. Different cities have varying limits, usually ranging from 25m to 35m to 50m. I am curious about the specific height restrictions (in meters) that would be suitable for historic areas.

For experimental purposes, I previously created models with 4 different heights, ranging from 5 to 8 floors and heights of 15m to 25m. They were "growable-RC0" (with "O" for Offices) and occupied large storage space, exceeding 1 GB. However, now I would make a concise version.

Based on my observations from the experiment, the height restrictions could be more relaxed slightly than I initially thought years ago. Therefore, I decided to abandon 5 to 7-floor houses and only keep the tallest one with 8 floors, adjusted to 26.2m. Although taller buildings have not been recreated, this current height approximately aligns with that of the vanilla European buildings, also making it easy to blend in with other European-styles in the workshop.

I also made texture and model improvements and added new models from different angles and corners (in next Set #3). The format was changed from growable-RCO to "Unique buildings," significantly reducing the number of files. This led to the current concise modular buildings sets: RRRH (Red Roof Row Houses) THZ.

@CassiBerlin I've heard for a long time that LSM reduces the required RAM, but I'm not sure how it works. In these sets of houses, many textures use the same image files (such as the same _n, _d.png textures, etc.). I'm not sure if this qualifies as "shared textures." Your advice for an open gate/arch passage is reasonable, but it's my fault that I'm a bit lazy to do it again, haha. Initially, in order to focus on studying the height of mid-range landscapes, I neglected many details. Maybe I'll do it when I feel more motivated in the future. Thank you for your comment.

I assume textures are shared so LSM can revastly reduce RAM needed?
Suggestion: Would you consider an additional piece in straight shape (e.g. 4x2) with an open gate /arch so you place a path leading to the enclosed backyards?
