Locust Voice for Common Infected

Replaces both Male & Female Common Infected Voice Lines with Locust Voice Lines from Gears of War.
This does not replace all the voice lines for Male & Female Voice Lines, but i'll most likely update this mod depending where i can find the more voice lines for Common Infected in the game files.

Features
replaces for both Male & Female voice lines with Locust's Voice Lines from GoW 1, 2 & 3.
Locust Scream replaces the fire screaming for Male & Female.
Locust breathing replaces male & Female Breathing.
Male & Female moan & mumbling voice lines with Locust Chatting Voice Lines (most of them are combined to make them replied each other).
Locust Combat Voice lines replaces both rage and ragest voice lines.
Locust Ooman Voice Lines replaces the Alert Voice Lines.
