Description
Vanilla | No Mods | Script | 6 DLC

Storm Ghost is an assault corvette with its own AI and the most simplified controls. Armed with several types of vanilla long-range guided missiles that can be launched from any distance and change their type during combat. It can fight in automatic mode in space and on planets against any targets. Small size and high autonomy. Designed to survive in intense PVE conditions.

Note: to celebrate 3 years and 8000 hours of playing Space Engineers, I present this combat corvette that fully corresponds to my ideas of what a PvE ship should be like. Despite its small size and laconic design, it implements many ideas and features that are described in a special manual. This is also a demonstration of the capabilities of my EasyPlay script, on the basis of which the AI of the ship is built.

Automatiton
All automation is provided by three own original scripts and is optimized for use on weak PC and probably on servers. Main features:
  • flights in space and gravity with control of the possibility of collision with an obstacle and the surface of the planet with optimization of hydrogen consumption
  • automatic takeoff, landing, remote parking to the base from anywhere in space, cruise control, lidar flight
  • connector autoparking with hydrogen refueling, automatic maintenance of oxygen level on board
  • automatic production of an irreducible quantity of components for the repair of the ship, ammunition and missiles
  • full telemetry of the state of all ship systems, including damage to armor, modules and conveyor lines, as well as the process of printing and launching missiles
  • light and sound notification of the appearance of the enemy within a radius of 2500 m from the ship, followed by automatic combat mode (if auto mode is selected)
  • information about the main actions and attacks in the LCD log mode, target tracking, obstacles and parking mode
  • a permanently active menu for controlling the AI mode, weapon settings depending on the type of battle, selecting the type of missiles, viewing the status of systems and damage to the ship, stocks and controlling the jump range at short distances

Thanks for your feedback. I updated the ship's combat scenario based on the results of my game, but did not publish it. There's too much code there. Maybe I’ll try to update the ship drawing itself before the New Year if possible. I have Windows 7 and it will not work after December 31st. :(

Great ship! I'm having an issue with the combat automation and I have troubleshot it down to it being something with the 2nd copy of the easy play script (PB Easy Sync) turning off the AI Flight controller even if you try to turn it on. I imagine this is why the ship just sits there. I have read the guide and scan and fly to works fine. I tried turning off the seemingly redundant PB but then nothing works.
