decided to take the time and fix some of the issues, leftover in the base mod.

(FIXED ISSUES)
fixed radio not playing audio
fixed vest/armor bug
fixed missing items
Re-added scrapped taser item
syringe texture not loading in (credit to Possibly Remember)
