Description
By public request a decorative radio unit with an antenna. Communicate between your bases in style!

Introducing a gameplay challenge: your bases may not interact before both bases have the antenna and the radio built. No coming to battle aid or sending non-scheduled food supplies.

No function, no animation, no conflicts. No import needed.

The antenna costs the same as a windmill to build: 48 Iron Plates and 30 Copper
The radio unit costs 1 Iron Plate, 2 Copper, 2 Electronic Parts and 1 building material for the table

Both items consume electricity; the radio 2 units and the antenna 20.

The research of the Radio Technology costs 1 Book, prerequisites are Electrical Crafting and Wind Generator Theory, lvl 3

I do not own the rights to the textures (they are vanilla). Mesh work my original content, except for the table and the windmill base. All rights granted. No need to mention me.

lol aww. I was looking at a way to try it, "Research Level" (very generic, and probably won't work properly), similar to how another mod does it No Raids for Small Bases .

Another way is to probably make an AI package / Faction Goal or something, but I don't know how to tie in properly. If I figure something out, would be a kinda interesting gameplay mechanic.

Unfortunately there is no function in FCS to make any such events conditional on buildable item. Would be fun tho, having to call allies using a radio XD

Now that I think of it, looking at your other mod No Reinforcements from Allies , I wonder if this could function like you won't receive reinforcements until you build a radio (how would the Holy Nation know you're under attack, etc.). Hmmmm lol

That sounds awesome, I wonder if that's an implementable feature in FCS. As in, no events from allied units (helping you out in a raid), or maybe even no caravans or something along those lines.
