Dynamic Music (TSE)

Description
This mod adds dynamic music in TSE that adapts to the current situation.

Music works on all the TSE levels except The Grand Cathedral (and Land of Damned apparently because I forgot to include it and then just lost it xd), including A Seriously Stupid HD Remaster TSE levels (which also includes a lot of new music from the XBOX which is also dynamic now). It also works in co-op.

Each "Medium" track was divided into short parts (usually 3-8 seconds). So each level ended up having around 3-6 tracks. The more intense situation is - the more intense music will play. This doesn't affect the scripted war, continuous and event music.

This is achieved by calculating a "threat score" every 1 second which depends on:
1. Enemy max health. The higher is health - the higher is score.
2. Whether enemy can see the player. If enemy can't see the player - score is slightly decreased.
3. Distance between enemy and the player. The closer enemy is - the higher is score.
4. Player health (or average player health if co-op). The lower is health - the higher is score.
Then based on this score the corresponding track is chosen.

Score thresholds were balanced for single player on normal difficulty so in co-op (with additional enemies) and on serious (which also has some additional enemies) the music will probably get intense more quickly and more often.

This mod doesn't change anything (neither the music tracks nor the levels), it only includes new music files and a world script containing music tables for each supported TSE level. In order for this mod to work you’ll also need the Dynamic Music (Base) which contains the main script for each game title.

I’m not really sure since BFE uses zone controllers on some levels. Well ASSHDR uses them too sometimes but I just disabled it there, in BFE I can’t really do it since flashlight will be disabled too. So idk yet.
Tbh SS4 and SM will probably be easier in this regard but at the same time it has more complex music in general compared to SS3 I think.
