Description
Adds lobby setting options that allow the host to override the max number of players per team on any map.

The functionality of this mod supersedes the 1v1 and the Large Player Count mods -- but it requires specific scenario settings to be configured on dedicated servers.

Note: this mod does not increase lobby capacity; if trying to play with more than 10 players, it should be used dedicated servers, or in peer-to-peer lobbies using the Large Lobbies mod to increase the max player count.

- 0.2.2: Allows spawn point selection on larger versions of maps without spawn point selection, avoiding ship overlap on spawn at Small Testing Range

eventually, yes -- I expect I will get back to working on mods early February

Will this be updated, I think carrier update/AI update broke it
