*Special Moves/Abilities*

-Radical Whirlwind (Neutral Special): Raphael spins around with his sais.
-Turtle Power (Side Special): Raphael speeds forward, covered by ninja energy and hits with a strong attack.
-Cowabunga (Up Special): Raphael launches upwards and hits with his sais.
-Raph's Rage (Down Special): Raphael lunges at the opponent in a fiery rage. Has different properties on the ground or in the air.
