COD Kid Scream Over Smoker

Description
Plays the well known COD kid scream when the smoker grabs and starts ripping a survivor to shreds. Only two files were replaced.

Replaces the following sound files:
- asphyxiation.wav
- tonguetied.wav

Any addons using these files will conflict with this one.
