GMZONE MAP - Кордон

Description
What is made of new:
- Fixed map optimization.
- Added a beautiful 3-d grass.
- Water from hl2 has been replaced with water from the Call of Pripyat.

This map is a reworking of the Zapolye map from NuclearGhost under the Cordon map.
The map has been redesigned specifically for the needs of the GM ZONE STALKER RP project( https://vk.com/stgmzone ) and is under active development.
