PDI is in its new age a time where there old ways and beliefs are gone. this new age made PDI more reckless in their tactics weaponry and ship design in general but its worked out for them. PDI is now winning there war and PDI will do everything to win now to having ships ram with nukes to making a system go supernova. the people are starting to question PDI with its new reckless behavior but the PDI founder has assured the people and said "we do not make a system go supernova or anything of the sorts unless we've guaranteed there are no citizen in the system and that its only when nothing else works" and he's kept his word.
