Total Rebalance II - Campaign Bundle Remix Patch

A (save game compatible) remix patch for Total Rebalance II - Campaign Bundle.
This patch Includes unit statistic balance changes and lowered recruitment times, a new mercenary recruitment system and less emphasis on the embassy building (mercenaries are to be recruited from the trader / port)
All factions now have different bonuses, which could range from slightly more attack, defense, armor and experience.

Units overall are less overpowered and higher tier units now requires less turns to be recruited.
Lower/Mid tier infantry require 1 turn, High tier infantry and Low/Mid tier cavalry requires 2 turns, High tier cavalry requires 3 turns and General units require 4 turns.

Mercenaries can now be recruited by almost all factions, provided they are in the relevant region.
(I.e. Greek Hoplite Mercenaries can only be trained in Greek locations)

The embassy building still allows for the recruitment of the spy and diplomat, as well as providing income and happiness bonuses but is not a required anymore to build certain kind of troops.

The faction bonuses are as follows:
(note: XP means experience point, which is +1 Attack, +1 Defense and +1 Morale)

Roman Julii, Gauls, Britons -> +2 XP for Barrack Units
Roman Brutii, Spain, Dacia -> +2 XP for Archery Range Units
Roman Scipii, German, Scythian -> +2 XP for Stable Units

Greek, Thrace, Pontus, Egypt -> +1 Attack and +1 (Armor) Defense for All Units

Macedon, Carthage, Seleucids, Armenia, Parthia -> +1 XP for All Units
(starting from tier 2 government building, large town)
