Helping Hand Shelter W.I.P (v2)

Incredibly early work in progress version of my upcoming new map, Helping Hand Shelter. Right now much is unfinished but layout and lighting has mostly been finalized. I've put this up to gather feedback.

This map was originally built with a modified vrad.exe that supports ambient occlusion among a few other things. However the June 2023 update pretty much broke it. I've taken this as a good thing however because the update supports phong shading on brushes and lightmaps on static props. So this might be one of the first maps published to use this stuff. Maybe.
