RAID ON THE WATER FRONT

An until recently unknown extremist group calling themselves the Guiding Letter have stormed a large financial office on the city water front. Little is known about them but, in their televised manifesto, appear well armed, have access to large quantities of explosives, and have taken hostages.
Their demands are mostly ideological and include changes in government and the release of incarcerated terrorists. Even if these demands were feasible they have given an impossible timeframe to achieve them and so your small unit will infiltrate the building and extract the hostages.
