Classic Storage Container (Obsolete)

Description
This Mod is now obsolete after the latest devlog[barotraumagame.com]

The Devs have now decided to keep storage containers and will be reworking them as part of the storage rework.

I have set this mod to unlisted so you can still use it if you want, but there's not really much point now. :)

Doesn't really do anything currently as the vanilla storage containers still exist for now.

After seeing the blog post detailed here:
https://barotraumagame.com/announcements/summer-greetings-and-upcoming-changes/

I decided to make this quick mod to preserve storage containers as I know I personally use them for more than just organising my inventory.

This mod preserves storage containers as-is as of 30th June 2023

the worst part is that even after they remove containers you can still just... leave items on the floor... or on floor crates... and continue to have everything... because why wouldn't you??? oh right because items have really bad optimization so you probably should just throw it out the sub to not freaking merc the framerate. this has to be top 1 most braindead change ever

I think its better to wrap <Item> by <Override> to not create another type of container, and use same identificator

Bill Gates never actually said that 640K RAM would be enough for anyone.
But Baro devs actually think 32 of any item should be enough for anyone.
Maybe instead of making all-important campaign logistics a living hell, they should look into actually fixing performance hits caused by large item numbers.
Or at least make virtual storage a-la IO Tool Box mod that doesn't keep items in the world, but still lets fabricators access them.
The decision to just axe containers is a horrible kludge that you would expect in an alpha version, not a post-1.0 update.

Only Materials and Meds get increased stack size to 32 and only in Cabinets
Which sounds like a bad compromise from developer side, they should rethink their approach

This might just make exosuits a bit more useful in some series of barely connected events

If they would increase stack size to 99 in all big shelfs, then it is fine, but in fact, it just make game even more boring and slow.

You're a shitty way to justify removing storage containers

From what I've seen not all items are getting the stack size buff (It's still a shitty way to justify removing storage containers)

tbh possibility of "quantum containers" by putting containers in conteiners in conteiners is quite unbalanced

they're increasing stack size on all items from 8 to 32
