Modified Commando's Cut

Description
A modified version of the Commando's Cut cosmetic.
I commissioned DudetheNinja to enhance the hair model. He gave me permission to upload it here myself.

Works with Hats and also the Goggleless Engineer model, can also be painted.

Modifications that have been made:
Hairline change,
Added body-groups, 2 for hat-less, 2 for when your Engineer is wearing a Hat.
