Description
Wish ideology had more fine-tuned restrictions for food?
With Exalted Food you can specify your ideology's preferred and hated foods that will give them mood buffs/debuffs depending on the mod's settings.

Includes support for all ingestible items and modded food. If you encounter any issues, please leave them in the comments below so I can address them.

Hello, I'm on a big modlist but this shouldn't matter for the following: when trying the dev mode colony (full), according to dubs perf analyzer exalted food takes more than 2ms by itself, which is a lot (far above any other mod that I have), this is especially bad since the test ideology I'm using do not have any exalted food rule x)
Just wanted to share that!

@Virstag, there's a real reason for that, it again goes down to what you believe. Good example is how the idea of a pig in any sense or culture is usually deemed as a fat lazy disgusting creature that rolls around in it's own feces. Naturally, a culture would arise out of that, which takes it far more seriously, and doesn't want a fat lazy disgusting creature porkin' through their intestines at the speed of you in your car when speed bumps come up.The whole saying "You are what you eat" is more impactful than you realize, when even chickens are raised a whole ass 10 different ways based on who was caged, who wasn't, who was raised on feed, and who spent more time in the courtyard before their execution. Crack an egg in the pan and you can even see the difference in the colors of the yolk. Make sense why cultures have the ideas they do, now?

I'd say it's too much, but looking at real world religions, it's unfortunately a very realistic mod. Apparently all the gods are very concerned about what humans put in their digestive systems. Maybe it's like in Forgotten Realms, they instantly lose some power when their followers do something wrong...

Ok i understand my mistake, mood buff / debuff is set to 0 by default in the mod config, not sure if this is intended...

uh ... ok so, i love the concept, but ... How does it work ? I add Exalted food to my ideology, force a pawn to eat it, and they do not receive any mood buff, am i doing something wrong ??
I have loaded only this mod and Harmony, and still nothing
