More Infrastructure Part 2

The Reason this is a Part 2 because the Ai able to build this infrastructure. so i separate it.

let me know if i miss something

added the remaining high end Infrastructure. this mod is for very late game.

Are you planning to make the refining/manufacturing buildings have bonus to production based on species type, religion, or other buildings (eg. university, windmill)

also note : please add tax before making autonomy infrastructure to enable to build it.

note : please use part 1 and part 2. to get this full version of mod.

or just install part 1 if you dont like ai make part 2 structures (like machinery, weapons, etc).
