Description
This mod simply makes a starting scenario for all ages where all AIs and you will start with one province. Let pandemonium prevail. Tested a bit, seems to function, but no guarantees toward mid-to-late game.

Seemed like it worked fine, but they built this into the game now so I don't think this mod is necessary anymore.
