Fixes and Pop-In Removal for Headwear

This mod gives all helmets and headwear the same models at all distances, eliminating a sometimes distracting pop-in effect. It also fixes issues with some helmets, such as their placement on the head and string that would clip through or not attach to the helmet.

This mod may impact your performance. If it does not, it is recommended to use more of my pop-in mods as well.
