Defense Shields - Ares at War - Industrial Overhaul

Description
This adds strategic ingots from Ares to create field emitters for defense shields. The intent is to allow shields in the game but make them an ultimate end-game tier item.

The difference from the non-io version is refined spice vs purified spice (IO has refined, not purified, to avoid confusion with purified ores)

Put this as high in your load order as possible (This mod cannot break any other mod by being placed above it in load order)

Do not use this mod at the same time as the non-io version.

@darmada03 underlying issue that wont be fixed until an updated version of part 3 is released where the ingots cannot get into the assemblers to get those to work u gotta manually edit the part 3 mod and just add like spice inhaler, conyx, and the drill bit to the nano assembler's blueprrint list

not sure if its just my server but the shield parts can't be made because both Nano Assembler and the Mod Comp Assembler do not accept the Exotic ingots
