Adds strategic resource components to Consolidation armament. Cronyx to make ammo, laser amplifier to make energy-based weapons.

The intent is to make them higher-tier items for endgame and you can use vanilla weapons as a tier 1 weapon.

Put this as high in your load order as possible (This mod cannot break any other mod by being placed above it in load order)
