Anti-Marcianito Alarm

Description
Vargskelethor Joel's Anti-Marcianito Alarm (aka Anti-Alien Alarm) as a spawnable object in Teardown.
Use this for all of your anti-marcianito propaganda needs!

The audio currently becomes desynced with the video if you pause the game or if the TV goes out of hearing distance. I don't feel like fixing this.
