As a cheap, quick-firing, lightweight SMG for Counter-Terrorists, the Brügger & Thomet MP9 is one of the available submachine guns in the game, replacing the Steyr TMP from the previous games. It is good for run-and-gun, spray-and-pray tactics in the early rounds, but loses effectiveness as armor and rifles become more common. The MP9 functions as the equivalent of the Terrorist's MAC-10, although unlike the original TMP, it does not include a suppressor.

Replaces the Uzi on Twilight Sparkle's ported Global Offensive animations.
